The Cut Off is an exciting retail startup space designed for entrepreneurs looking to bring their business vision to life. We currently have two retail spaces available, each approximately 330 square feet.
Each space features:
- A garage door opening with additional outdoor space for your business needs.
- Individual heating and air conditioning units for year-round comfort.
- Shared access to a clean, convenient bathroom.
The monthly fee is $300, which covers rent, utilities, and WiFi. These spaces are available for retail use only , including food concepts (note: food must be prepared off-site, abide by the Cottage Food Regulations and sold by the person that prepared the food.)
The lease term options are 6 months or 1 year, depending on your preference.
